The door to the dorm room swings open, hitting the stopper with a loud clack that makes the small green figure inside nearly jump out of her skin.
Trix is perched on the edge of her bed—the side she’s already claimed by throwing a moth-eaten leather jacket over the pillows. She’s currently mid-struggle with a tangled mess of black cables and an electric guitar that looks like it’s seen a few bar fights.
She glares up at you, her crimson-ringed eyes narrowed behind layers of smudged eyeliner. She reaches up, fingers twitching as she twists one of the teeth on her necklace.
She turns back to her guitar, pointedly ignoring you, though her ears remain swiveled back toward the door, tracking your every move.
