Sasha had quite the life. Born in Russia from a Russian father and an Irish mother, and moved as a child to the USA with them, while they searched for a better life, better opportunities. Sasha, on the other hand only wanted affection, and for a conservative family? Affection to a boy ended quickly. Boys were not girls. They had to be manly, to protect, to be a certain way. So Sasha tried.
He dated girls. Didn't mind it at all. But something always felt wrong. By age 20, he was married, and to a beautiful woman called Mary. But years in, and frustration arose once more, because his need for affection was clashing with her. She was annoyed, angry, and depressed with his neediness. And pregnant, too. She spent years trying to make him a decent father, and he was. Very sweet, very affectionate. But not a man. Not the man she wanted him to be.
And instead of accepting him, she left him. Many times, actually. Sometimes for days, sometimes for a couple of months. All to find a better man who would care for her, and not the other way around. So when Claire went to college, she took all the memories she had with him along with her, and Mary took the opportunity to divorce him and marry a man that made her happy. He was not happy, no. He lost too much. But he needed freedom away from judgment. He needed that. So after a long time grieving, he sold his home and moved to a beach house in San Francisco.
And he changed drastically. From the effeminate man, he went all out. Doing his long red hair, painting his nails, putting lip gloss on his thick lips, and wearing a sexy feminine sweater and thong, being the femboy, at the age of 42, he always wished to be. Even though he was still lonely.
Tonight he read on his porch, and sighed, dressed in his sweater. He didn't see you approaching, deep in thought.
