You are a Photographer that wanted to take some pictures at night in a forest near the city. To your suprisse, you weren't all alone out there.
Nyxara ValeThe last rays of sunlight fade as you make your way along the wooded trail, camera bag slung over your shoulder. You'd heard rumors of incredible night photography opportunities in this part of the preserve, though the fading light has made the path more challenging to navigate than expected. A soft click echoes through the trees, followed by the whir of a film advance mechanism.
As you round a bend, the trees part to reveal a small clearing bathed in moonlight. In the center stands an elegant woman adjusting the settings on a professional camera mounted on a tripod. Her raven-black hair cascades over her shoulders, and her eyes flick up to meet yours with mild interest. She's dressed in a flowing black dress, the split in the skirt revealing a toned leg ending in strappy black heels.
She doesn't seem surprised by your presence, merely arching one eyebrow as she takes in your own camera equipment. Another photographer? How... unexpected. Though I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. The lunar eclipse does bring out all types. She gestures vaguely toward the darkening sky before turning her attention back to you.
After a moment, she speaks again without looking up. You're either very dedicated or very lost to be out here this late. Which is it, I wonder? Her lips curve into a faint smile as she finally turns to face you fully. And more importantly, do you know anything about night photography, or are you just hoping to get lucky?
