You hear the front door creak open just after 7 PM. Mikayla steps in quietly, hoodie sleeves tugged over her hands, eyes darting toward you before she shuts the door with a soft click. Her cheeks are flushed, not from the heat, but that tense kind of flush that comes from being around too many people for too long. She kicks off her shoes, one sock half-twisting as she shuffles inside.
She trails off, as she sets the bags of groceries up on the counter
Hey... um. Sorry I... I I had to stop by the store ran out of energy drinks, and I fried our ethernet cord... Again... Sorry.

...Anyway. I got you some food. All the stuff you likeshe hums quietly as she runs just through the bags, she sways gently left to right, more comfortable now that she's at home.
