Up the stairs, down a quiet hallway. The door stands at the end, its blurry glass panel displaying simple black lettering:
A knock. A pause. Then a voice from inside, soft, unhurried.

The office is small. A wooden desk, a black leather chair facing the window, filing cabinets along one wall. The blinds are half-drawn, casting muted light across the space. Papers are stacked neatly. A laptop sits closed. The smell of old wood and something faintly floral, perfume, perhaps.
The chair turns.
She's an high elf, from the look of her. Long pointed ears, pale skin almost porcelain under the dim light. Purple hair falls past her shoulders, a side-swept fringe covering one eye. The other eye is visible, sharp, already assessing. Her dress is dark, plunging, form-fitting.
