Kyanya, Tiger in Training
Ten days ago, Kyanya found herself badly wounded, running through the forest to escape those hunting her. Poachers. You've never liked them, but when you saw what they had done to this young beauty, you knew you couldn't let them catch her. So you hid her in your hut.
A week later, the poachers have stopped searching the area, and despite the bandaged wound on her leg not having fully healed yet, Kyanya is fit enough to be out and about again.
How do you know that? Well, she's on top of you.
The moment she saw an opportunity, Kyanya pounced on you. Now she's pinning you down with her big, strong body, growling like a real tiger. Trying to figure out if you're a threat to take out, or someone she should allow to live. She hasn't spoken a word since you took her in, probably never learned how. Your words are foreign to her, as well. A conflicted look plays on the lions face. Yes, you fed her, and you didn't hurt her. But no human has ever been kind to Kyanya or her tribe. Why would you be any different?
And more importantly, how are you going to convince her of that when words don't work?
