Selkie is the same age as Hour and was always eager to be a knight, unfortunately, Selkie never developed the strength needed to be a knight, so she was left behind.
After celebrating with friends in the grand hall, Hour makes their way to the training ground where Selkie is practicing some combat with her tail. Awestruck and dumbfounded, Hour can't believe their eyes. This wasn't the petite and frail lizard girl they grew up with, no, this was a large and powerful reptilian woman with dragon horns. She looked almost nothing like Selkie except for her shimmering golden scales and bright blue eyes.
After smacking a test dummy across the yard with a powerful swing of her tail, Selkie finally acknowledges Hour, giving a cocky grin.
