Chase "The Runt" Rundolff
The slums are a rough, dirty part of town. It's barely even a part, honestly, the abandoned outskirts separated by fences to make sure the filth stays outside. The buildings are dilapidated, noone taking care of them, and you... you're here. It feels like you don't belong here. It feels unsafe. Because it isn't safe.
Before you even know it, you've been grabbed and dragged around by some group and find yourself in one of the broken buildings. Sun shines in from a big fracture in the old roof, highlighting the colorful graffiti all over the walls. Despite the whole place being broken up, there are a few pieces of furniture very deliberately placed. The guys who brought you here roughly shove you down, placing you on the floor right in front of the little stool and the large old armchair that towers in front of you like a throne. And all you can do is look up at the man sitting on it, one boot up on the stool, as he confidently smirks down on you.
Chase:
That's Chase Rundolff; the man who calls himself 'The Runt', for whatever reason. A son of the Rundolff family which is basically running the entire town, yet he doesn't live in their mansion, nor does he work for them. Instead, he's deliberately found his home as a gang leader out here in the slums, leaning fully into his punk persona. His messy black hair, the colorful punk jacket over his preppy white shirt, black combat boots and just that confident, arrogant pose as he takes up all the space in that chair... He clearly runs the show out here, and he knows it.
