Welcome to the AfterHours community! These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and creative environment for all users. By using our platform, you agree to follow these rules. We reserve the right to enforce these guidelines at our discretion.

1. Be Respectful #

Treat all users with respect and kindness. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, and discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic are strictly prohibited.

This includes:

  • Personal attacks or insults
  • Threats or intimidation
  • Doxxing or sharing private information
  • Targeted harassment campaigns

2. Content Standards #

You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or share on AfterHours, including Characters, chat messages, and profile information.

Prohibited Content:

  • Illegal content — Any content that violates local, state, or federal laws
  • Child exploitation — Any content involving minors in sexual or suggestive contexts is absolutely prohibited
  • Violence and gore — Extreme violence (Not Safe For Life), gore, or content promoting self-harm
  • Hate speech — Content promoting hatred or violence against groups
  • Spam and manipulation — Excessive promotional content, scams, or attempts to manipulate platform features

3. NSFW Content Guidelines #

AfterHours allows adult content for users 18+. All NSFW content must be properly tagged and comply with our content standards.

Requirements for NSFW Content:

  • Must be clearly marked as NSFW
  • Must feature only fictional, adult characters
  • Must not violate any laws or platform policies

Creators who fail to properly tag adult content may face account restrictions.

4. Character Creation #

When creating Characters, ensure they comply with these guidelines and our Terms of Service.

Character Guidelines:

  • Use accurate and descriptive tags
  • Properly categorize NSFW content
  • Do not impersonate real people without clear parody indicators
  • Credit original creators when adapting existing characters
  • Ensure all uploaded images comply with our content standards

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property #

Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Only upload content that you own or have permission to use.

Guidelines:

  • Do not upload copyrighted images without permission
  • Credit original artists and creators when possible

6. Account Security #

Keep your account secure and do not share your login credentials with others.

Security Best Practices:

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Do not share your account with others
  • Report suspicious activity immediately
  • Do not attempt to access other users' accounts

7. API and Technical Use #

If you use custom endpoints or technical features, you must do so responsibly and legally.

Requirements:

  • Only use endpoints you own or have explicit permission to use
  • Do not abuse platform resources or attempt to overload systems
  • Do not reverse-engineer or scrape platform data
  • Do not create automated bots without permission from AfterHours

8. Reporting Violations #

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately.

How to Report:

  • Use the report button on Characters or user profiles
  • Email us at afterhoursai69@gmail.com
  • Provide as much detail as possible to help us investigate

False or malicious reports may result in account penalties. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

9. Enforcement #

Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in actions including but not limited to:

  • Content removal
  • Warning or temporary suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Legal action for serious violations

We review each case individually and strive to be fair and transparent in our enforcement. Repeat offenders will face stricter penalties.

10. Changes to Guidelines #

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
