At AfterHours, we strive to provide excellent service to all our users. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on purchases made through our platform. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Payment Methods #
We accept payments through the following methods:
- Boosty.to — Subscription and one-time payments
- Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other supported cryptocurrencies
Each payment method has different refund policies as outlined below.
2. Boosty.to Payments #
All purchases made through Boosty.to are subject to Boosty's own refund policy and terms of service.
Refund Process:
- Refund requests for Boosty payments must be submitted directly through the Boosty platform
- AfterHours cannot process refunds for Boosty transactions directly
- Boosty's refund policy and processing times apply to all requests
- You can access your Boosty transaction history and refund options through your Boosty account

Important Notes:
- Subscription cancellations must be done through your Boosty account
- Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period
- Access to premium features continues until the end of your paid period, even after cancellation
3. Cryptocurrency Payments #
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, cryptocurrency payments are generally non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Policy:
- All cryptocurrency transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain
- We cannot reverse or refund crypto payments under normal circumstances
- Please verify all payment details carefully before completing a transaction
- Ensure you are purchasing the correct subscription tier or service
Exceptions:
In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests for cryptocurrency payments on a case-by-case basis. This includes but is not limited to:
- Technical errors — Platform malfunction preventing access to purchased services
- Duplicate payments — Accidental double-charging due to technical issues
- Service unavailability — Extended outages or inability to deliver the purchased service
- Fraudulent transactions — Unauthorized use of your account (with proof)
Exception Request Process:
To request consideration for a crypto payment exception, contact us at afterhoursai69@gmail.com with:
- Transaction hash and wallet address
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence supporting your claim
- Account username or email
We will review your request within 5-7 business days. Approval is at our sole discretion and not guaranteed. If approved, refunds may be issued in USD equivalent value via alternative payment methods, as crypto transactions cannot be reversed.
4. Subscription Cancellations #
You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation process varies by payment method:
Boosty Subscriptions:
- Cancel directly through your Boosty account settings
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No refund for the current period unless requested through Boosty
- Automatic renewal is disabled upon cancellation
Crypto Subscriptions:
- Contact us to cancel (crypto subscriptions do not auto-renew by default)
- No refund for unused time in the current period
- Access continues until the subscription expires
5. No Refund Circumstances #
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind — Decision to no longer use the service
- Violation of Terms — Account suspension or termination due to violations of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Partial usage — You have used the service during the billing period
- Third-party issues — Problems with your internet connection, device, or browser
- Failure to cancel — Not cancelling before the next billing cycle
- Misunderstanding features — Not reading the feature descriptions before purchase
6. Refund Processing Time #
If a refund is approved (for Boosty payments or exceptional crypto cases):
- Boosty refunds — Processed according to Boosty's timeline (typically 5-14 business days)
- Exceptional crypto refunds — If approved, processed within 14-21 business days via alternative payment method
Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email with refund details and estimated processing time.
7. Account Access After Refund #
If a refund is issued:
- Premium features will be immediately revoked or at the end of the current billing period
- Your account will revert to free tier with applicable limitations
- Content created during the premium period (Characters, chats) may be preserved but with free tier restrictions
- You may re-subscribe at any time
8. Chargebacks and Disputes #
Boosty Payments:
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider for a Boosty transaction, please contact Boosty support first. We may suspend your account pending resolution of the dispute.
Cryptocurrency Payments:
Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be charged back. If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, contact us immediately at afterhoursai69@gmail.com.
Fraudulent Chargebacks:
Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving services may result in:
- Permanent account termination
- Ban from future use of AfterHours
- Legal action to recover costs and damages

Please include in your request:
- Account email or username
- Payment method used
- Transaction date and amount
- Transaction ID or hash (for crypto payments)
- Detailed reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation
We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 5-7 business days.
10. Changes to Refund Policy #
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
11. Additional Terms #
This Refund Policy is part of and subject to our Terms of Service. By making a purchase on AfterHours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
